• I received a Government benefit check. Can I get that on my Avid Prepaid Visa® Card?

  Yes, Avid Prepaid will contact Social Security to set up direct deposit for you. With Early Access, you can also opt to receive your check up to four days early.

• How do I get my benefits early?

  Avid Prepaid Visa® Card will process your deposits as soon as the Government sends notice that it intends on making a payment to you. This occurs several days before the actual payment date. For example, SSI and VA Payments that are paid on the 1st of each month are credited to your Avid Prepaid account up to four days early every month.

• How old do I need to be to get one?

  You need to be at least 18 years or older to get an Avid Prepaid Visa® Card.

• What are the types of benefits that can be directly deposited onto my Avid Prepaid Visa® Card?

  All benefits from the Federal Government are eligible. Here are some of the most common benefits Social Security, Supplemental Security Income, Federal Civil Service (Retirement/Annuity), Pension Payments, Government Disability Benefits (SSDI or Workers' Compensation), Veterans' Benefits.
